How to get to the Hotel?



  • Pombal is located just 150Km from Porto and Lisbon where Porto Airport and Lisbon Airport are located respectively.

  • If you travel by Train, the main north/south railway axis crosses Pombal, with the CP Station close to the Hotel, so when leaving the respective building, you will necessarily see the Hotel.   • We regret to inform you that pets are not allowed in the Hotel, except guide dogs.

How can a reservation be made?

  • You can make reservations directly at the counter, by phone, email and Agencies.

  • To guarantee your reservation, you must inform your credit card number, as well as the expiration date.


Can I cancel or change a reservation?

  • You can cancel or change the reservation indicating the first and last name, the date of arrival and the expected departure date and the number of rooms in the reservation. We will then contact you confirming the change/cancellation of the reservation.

  • To cancel your reservation, you must do so by 4:00 pm the day before your arrival date.
